Appointments

Payments:

Prices vary by therapist, length of service, and type of appointment.  Please check the Service description pages for more details.
The fee is due at the time of service.  Payment can be made in cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard/AmEx.
Tipping is not expected.  I know it is usual in many spas, but as private business owners we consider ourselves as part of the healthcare industry instead of the service industry.  Please do not feel an obligation to pay more than the posted fee.

We do request a credit card to secure an appointment.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: 

There will be a 50% fee for cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice or a no show.  This fee is non-negotiable.  If we are able to fill the appointment time with another client, this fee will be waived.  All cancellations must be done by phone.  Emails and text messages will not be accepted for the purpose of canceling an appointment.

Hours of Operation:

We are available by appointment only.  Due to scheduling needs, we cannot accomodate same day appointments.  To schedule an appointment that is optimal for your schedule, it's best to try scheduling a week or two in advance.  Though it is possible to schedule within a day or two, and be put on a waiting list.
Availability differs for each therapist.  Please check the online scheduler for upcoming available appointments.
