you. Discover what areas in which you can give yourself a pat on the
back and in which areas tweaking is needed and how to make the most
This class will provide an understanding of:
- good fat versus bad fat
- how to get enough soluble and insoluble fiber
- necessary foods to promote longevity
- necessary foods to reduce risks for cardiovascular disease and cancer
