Join us and find out how your current eating patterns are treating you. Discover what areas in which you can give yourself a pat on the back and in which areas tweaking is needed and how to make the most effective changes. 
This class will provide an understanding of:

Cancellations: Please let us know at least 12 hours before the start of class if you will not be able to attend.  This will give us an opportunity to offer your spot to people who may be on a waiting list.
